You should have written permission from the author if the work is under copyright.

When requesting a lookup, click on the address of the volunteer/owner and please follow these guidelines:

1. Put Brazos County Lookup in the subject of the message.
2. Put the name of the reference item you are requesting in the list in the first line of the message.
3. Limit your request to 1 or 2 specific items per request.  Please no broad surname requests.
4. Keep your requests simple and don't forget to thank your volunteer for their time and effort.
